The planned company is referred to as “Netfight FlexKapG in Gründung” (in formation). Its articles of association have not yet been notarised. The providers and contracting parties are currently the individuals named above, not an already established or registered FlexKapG.

Purpose and editorial direction

NETFIGHT is a platform for combat sports videos, event information, results and fighter profiles. It covers listed tournaments and Fight Nights and provides access to a paid video archive.

VAT is not shown separately for transactions qualifying for Austria's small-business exemption under section 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act 1994.
